Stasia Capital (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the Thai subsidiary of the comprehensive real estate group “Stasia Group” headquartered in Japan. The Stasia Group was founded in Shanghai, China in December 2002, and has provided a wide range of services including real estate sales and rental brokerage,investment consulting, property management, and market research in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Since 2010, the company has established subsidiaries in Malaysia,

Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Furthermore, since 2014, it has expanded operations to the United States and Thailand, and currently operates real estate consulting businesses worldwide. We had been mainly provided Japanese investors with diverse overseas real estate investment opportunities.

In Thailand, we established Stasia Capital (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2014, and began developing our own condominium project “Stasia Residence Sriracha” in Sriracha in 2015. Currently, we does Juristic management and Building/Facility management of this condominium. Our company currently has offices in Bangkok and Sriracha, and provides comprehensive real estate services including Property Management, Rental and Sales Brokerage, Condominium/Juristic management, and Building Management in Thailand (mainly Bangkok/Sriracha/Pattaya). We provide reliable real estate investment opportunities not only to Japanese investors but also to Thai and foreign investors within Thailand.

Providing Comprehensive Real Estate Services in Bangkok/Sriracha/Pattaya

Sales and Rental Brokerage

We provide real estate brokerage services for Thai, Japanese, and foreign customers in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Sriracha. From House-Hunting for expatriates to property acquisition for investment, Property Management and sales, we respond to our customers’ diverse needs while introducing optimal investment and end-user properties that leverage the characteristics of each area.

Property/Leasing Management

We provide Property/Leasing Management Services for Thai, Japanese, and other foreign property owners in Bangkok and Sriracha. From Rental advertising, Tenant support, Rent collection, Repair arrangements, Tenant Security Deposit Settlement, to Vacancy Management, our experienced staff handles everything consistently, aiming to eliminate long-term vacancies and improve rental income through stable occupancy.

Building/Facility Management

We undertake Building/Facility management for “Stasia Residence Sriracha (completed in 2019)” in Sriracha. Through comprehensive daily management including daily security, daily cleaning, daily facility maintenance, and government notifications, we aim to maintain and preserve asset value. We provide a wide range of BM services for small to medium-scale buildings including villas, compounds, offices, and retail spaces.

Condominium/Juristic Management

We undertake Condominium/Juristic management for “Stasia Residence Sriracha (completed in 2019)” in Sriracha. Through smooth community management based on condominium law,

we aim to maintain a comfortable living environment and preserve asset value through comprehensive Juristic Management duties including fund management, general meeting management, financial reporting, and resident support.
